Refund policy

ZOVRA offers a 7‑day return window for new and unused electric bikes. Returned bikes must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Approved returns include a 15% restocking fee, and all shipping costs are non‑refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and all returns must be sent to our Vancouver office. To request a return, email zovramotorsports@gmail.com with your name, order number, reason, and photos. Accessories, refurbished units, and clearance items are final sale.
