Last Updated: September 6, 2026

Welcome to ZOVRA Moto. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZOVRA Moto website, including all information, products, services, features, and content made available through our website.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced or linked within them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our website or purchase our products.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you are purchasing a product on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

You agree not to use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, provincial, municipal, or local law or regulation.

You must not transmit viruses, malware, harmful code, or any other material that could interfere with or damage our website, systems, or services.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or terminate accounts where permitted by law if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if an order presents a security, fraud, safety, or operational concern.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, specifications, photographs, measurements, performance figures, colors, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product specifications may change due to manufacturer updates, component substitutions, production changes, or availability.

Performance figures such as top speed, motor power, torque, range, acceleration, climbing ability, and battery capacity may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature, riding conditions, tire pressure, battery condition, riding mode, maintenance, and other factors.

Advertised range figures are estimates and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed distance under all riding conditions.

Product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, lighting, manufacturing changes, or display settings.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing errors, or outdated information at any time.

SECTION 3 — PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability or quantity of any product or service.

If an obvious pricing, product, or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where permitted by law, cancel an affected order and provide an applicable refund.

Product availability shown on the website is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and confirmed by ZOVRA Moto.

Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees may apply and will be shown where applicable during checkout.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • suspected fraudulent activity;

  • incorrect pricing or product information;

  • inventory or availability issues;

  • incorrect customer information;

  • suspected unauthorized purchasing;

  • unusual or excessive quantities; or

  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide any refund required under applicable law and our applicable policies.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.

You are responsible for reviewing your order information before completing your purchase.

SECTION 5 — RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the applicable Return Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Warranty Policy published by ZOVRA Moto.

These policies may contain product-specific requirements, deadlines, conditions, inspection requirements, restocking provisions, or other applicable terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.

SECTION 6 — ELECTRIC DIRT BIKE USE AND RIDER RESPONSIBILITY

ZOVRA Moto sells high-powered electric bikes and electric dirt bikes that may be capable of speeds and performance substantially beyond ordinary bicycles.

These products can cause serious injury, property damage, or other harm if operated improperly.

You are solely responsible for determining whether, where, and how a product may legally be used in your location.

Before riding, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, bylaws, trail restrictions, property rules, registration requirements, licensing requirements, insurance requirements, equipment requirements, and other restrictions that may apply.

A product being available for purchase from ZOVRA Moto does not mean that it is legal for use on public roads, sidewalks, bike paths, or public trails.

Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular product, high-powered electric dirt bikes should be treated as off-road vehicles intended for appropriate private property or permitted off-road use.

You are responsible for obtaining permission to ride on private property and for determining whether a particular trail or riding area permits the product.

SECTION 7 — SAFETY AND OPERATION

Customers are responsible for reading and following all applicable manufacturer instructions and safety information before operating a product.

Before each ride, customers should inspect the product and confirm that important components, including brakes, tires, wheels, suspension, controls, fasteners, electrical connections, and other safety-critical components, are functioning properly.

Appropriate protective equipment should be worn while riding.

Products should never be operated while impaired, recklessly, or beyond the rider's ability.

If a product appears damaged, defective, malfunctioning, or unsafe, do not operate it. Contact ZOVRA Moto for assistance.

SECTION 8 — ASSEMBLY, MAINTENANCE, AND MODIFICATIONS

Customers are responsible for properly assembling, inspecting, maintaining, charging, storing, and caring for their products according to applicable manufacturer instructions.

Improper assembly, maintenance, storage, or operation may create safety risks and may affect applicable warranty coverage.

Unauthorized modifications, electrical alterations, controller changes, battery modifications, motor modifications, removal of safety components, or installation of incompatible aftermarket components may affect product safety, performance, reliability, and warranty coverage.

ZOVRA Moto is not responsible for damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or operation outside the intended conditions of the product, subject to applicable law and any applicable warranty.

SECTION 9 — BATTERIES AND CHARGING

Lithium-ion batteries must be handled and charged responsibly.

Customers are responsible for using the appropriate charger and following the applicable charging, storage, transportation, and maintenance instructions supplied with the product.

Do not use a battery, charger, or electrical component that appears damaged, swollen, overheated, or otherwise unsafe.

Products and batteries should be stored and charged in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.

SECTION 10 — LOCAL PICKUP

Certain products may be available through local pickup.

Where local pickup is selected or required, customers are responsible for arranging pickup according to the instructions provided by ZOVRA Moto.

Customers should inspect the product at pickup and promptly notify ZOVRA Moto of any visible damage or apparent issue.

Pickup does not remove or limit any applicable warranty or consumer rights.

SECTION 11 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Where delivery is offered, estimated delivery dates and times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be delayed by carriers, weather, customs, supply shortages, incorrect customer information, transportation disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Risk relating to the product will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any applicable shipping terms.

SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may use third-party services, payment processors, shipping providers, applications, or other third-party tools.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, availability, content, or practices.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

SECTION 13 — USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions, feedback, or other content to ZOVRA Moto, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, misleading, obscene, or infringing.

ZOVRA Moto may moderate or remove content where permitted by law.

Any customer review published by ZOVRA Moto should accurately represent the customer's genuine experience. We do not require customers to provide positive reviews.

SECTION 14 — PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us is accurate and current.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where permitted by law.

SECTION 16 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All ZOVRA Moto branding, logos, names, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, website designs, text, and other original content are owned by or licensed to ZOVRA Moto unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.

SECTION 17 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except where expressly provided by ZOVRA Moto, a manufacturer warranty, or applicable law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

Product performance may vary based on numerous factors, including riding conditions, rider weight, terrain, temperature, battery condition, maintenance, and use.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit warranties, guarantees, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

SECTION 18 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZOVRA Moto, its owners, employees, representatives, suppliers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

This may include loss of income, business interruption, loss of data, or other consequential losses where such limitations are legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZOVRA Moto, its owners, employees, representatives, suppliers, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of our website, or misuse of our products.

This section does not apply to the extent that the claim results from conduct for which ZOVRA Moto is legally responsible.

SECTION 20 — FORCE MAJEURE

ZOVRA Moto will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, government actions, labour disruptions, technical failures, or other similar events.

SECTION 21 — TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services where permitted by law if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.

Termination does not affect obligations or rights that arose before termination.

SECTION 22 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SECTION 23 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Cancellation Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of our website and purchase of our products, subject to applicable law.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

SECTION 24 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of British Columbia and Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of British Columbia, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 25 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on our website.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
